License Renewal Notice Alabama Medicaid Most providers licensed in Alabama do not need to upload license renewals to Alabama Medicaid. Updates are sent electronically by your licensing board. Only the following provider types are required to upload renewals: -Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) -Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) -Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) -Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) -Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) -Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate -Licensed Psychological Technician -Behavioral Analyst (ABA) -Chiropractor -All Out-of-State Providers (regardless of type)
