Instructions for LTC Admission Notification Upgrade Download

Make sure you have closed the LTC Admission Notification software before attempting to upgrade.

1. Review all of the information on this page before downloading the software. Click on the "ZIP" image under the Download column below.
2. Your browser may ask you if you want to open the application or save it to disk. Choose "Save it to Disk" then click on "OK".
3. A new window (Save As) should appear. To the right of the text, "Save In:", on your new window click on the folder or drive displayed. It will produce a drop down box, which will allow you to choose another directory.
4. Locate your (local disk C:) or (Windows C:) drive. To select it, click on it. PLEASE NOTE: If you have installed this software on a networked drive, please choose that drive letter and proceed with the directions below.
5. In the larger window, below the text "Save In:", use the scroll bar at the bottom of the window to scroll left or right until you find the ALLTC20 folder. Double-click on it to open it.
6. Now double-click on the UPGRADES folder.
7. Click SAVE (The download process should begin, please be patient)
8. On your desktop, locate and open the AL LTC Admission Notification folder and double click on UPGRADE. If you no longer have that folder access it through Start>>Programs>>AL LTC Admission Notification>>Upgrade.
9. Click on YES to apply the upgrade, and OK to begin.
10. The Welcome Screen should appear. Click NEXT.
11. Once it has completed, click FINISH.

LTC Admission Notification Upgrade file - version 2.07 (Patch) If you had upgraded to AL LTC Admission Notification Software version 2.06 prior to January 16 2019, then you will need to apply the patch before you can upgrade to version 2.07. If you installed 2.06 after this date or are currently using any other versions of the software you will not need to install this patch. The two files in the patch zip file will need to be copied into the <>:\ALLTC20 directory on your computer where the software is installed. If you accepted the defaults settings when installing the software this would be c:\ ALLTC20. When prompted if you would like to replace the existing files with the new files click yes. You are now ready to proceed normally with your upgrade from 2.06 to 2.07.	January 11, 2019
